BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located at 951 and 953 Dodson Avenue, being on the northwest line of Dodson Avenue at Milne Street. Part of Lots 11 and 12, block 11, Missionary Heights, as shown by plat of record in plat book 5, page 29, R.O.H.C., being the property described as Tracts 1 and 2, in deed book 3155, page 475, R.O.H.C. Tax Map No. 146C-H-25 and 26. from R-2 Residential Zone to C-2 Convenience Commercial District. SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this rezoning shall be subject to the following conditions: 1. Erection of a six-foot sight-obscuring fence along the west line of the property. 2. All existing easements are retained. SECTION 3. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, the public welfare requiring it.
